Dual-Use Goods

Dual-use goods are products that can be used for both civilian and military purposes. These may include IT technologies, chemical materials, or electronic components.

OMEGAir CARGO Sp. z o.o. offers professional organization of transport for such goods. The company holds an Internal Control System (WSK) certificate and a NATO NCAGE (NATO Commercial and Government Entity) code, ensuring security and full compliance with legal regulations on the trade of strategic goods.

Among the handled products are military equipment, weapons, and ammunition. All operations are carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/821 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as well as the Polish Act on Foreign Trade in Goods, Technologies, and Services of Strategic Importance to National Security.
